Prayer Against Profanity
I Renounce, repent, and ask for forgiveness for all past profanity and bind up any evil spirits of profanity to strip them of their power over me.
I take away the runway of authority of profanity over my life in Jesus name.
I release: COL 4:6 “Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone.”
MT 5:6 “Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.”
“Dear God, I just renounce and repent of using any form of profanity or vile speech, I ask that You forgive me for every time I have ever done it. I bind up any and all evil spirits of profanity, cursing, swearing, or coarse speech, Lord, I ask that You would help me to change how I think, speak, and act from now on. Dear Father God touch my mouth my mind and my spirit so that I can stop using profanity in my speech. Give me new words to use in place of profanity to express myself and to be a better representative of you. Let me think before I speak and learn to respond and not react swiftly with words that are not like you. In Jesus Name. Amen.
Holy Name Pledge
Blessed be His Holy Name. Blessed be Jesus Christ true God and true Man. Blessed be the Name of Jesus. I believe O Jesus. That Thou are the Christ. The Son of the Living God. I proclaim my love. For the Vicar of Christ on Earth. I believe all the sacred truths Which the Holy Catholic Church Believes and teaches. I promise to give good example By the regular practice Of my faith.
In honor of His Divine Name I pledge myself against perjury, Blasphemy, profanity and obscene speech. I pledge my loyalty To the flag of my country. And to the God given principles Of freedom, justice and happiness.
For which it stands. I pledge my support To all lawful authority Both civil and religious. I dedicate myself To the honor of the Sacred Name of Jesus Christ And beg that He will keep me faithful To these pledges Until Death.
May God bless your resolutions; may His holy angels and saints assist you to keep them. Laboring during your whole life for the glory and honor of the Holy Name of God, may you merit to share in the glory of the apostles, martyrs and confessors, who labored and died for the Name of Jesus Christ.

REPENTANCE PRAYER
Father your word says we must give an account of every idle word that we have spoken from our mouth. I ask therefore that you would forgive me for speaking lies, for gossiping, backbiting, murmuring and for complaining. Forgive me for every idle word that I have spoken against my pastor, my church, family, relatives, friends, co-workers, associates, others around me now and those in times past.
I also ask for your forgiveness for every word that I’ve spoken of doubt, fear and unbelief regarding your word and your ability to manifest what you have promised in my life. Your word says that if I would confess my sins, that you are faithful and just to forgive me and the blood of Christ shall cleanse me from all unrighteousness. I confess and repent of them now. Cleanse me with the blood of Jesus. Cleanse my heart and keep me from allowing them to take root in me.
I ask from this day forth that you would help me – that the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart would be acceptable in your sight. Let the words I speak have your approval. I also pray that you let the thoughts that I receive and conceive in my heart be approved by our Spirit. I thank you for your mercy and grace, Amen.
Prayer for the Control of the Tongue
Dear Holy Spirit, My God. Teach me to speak wisely. Let me avoid useless thoughts and useless conversations. Help me to speak often for You. Grant that my words may never hurt people of goodwill. May My words always bring consolation to those in sorrow and guidance to those in need. Take my lips and make them Yours. Take possession of my mind and make it an instrument of Your goodness and a channel of truth. I hope to become a person of silence, who prefers to talk to God then to others. In my human conversation, may I always bring them closer to You and You closer to them. I ask this through Christ Our Lord. Amen

PRAYER TO SAINT ANTHONY FOR CONTROL OF THE TONGUE
Dear Saint Anthony, once again I greet you and thank you for your readiness to come to my aid in my necessity. Slowly, but surely, my disposition improves. You have helped me to understand that my real fault lay in pride, preoccupation with myself, and lack of real concern for others.
Now that I see this more clearly, thanks be to God, I am not as bad as I was nor do I feel so hopeless. You used your tongue to give praise to God, to preach His message of salvation, and to call down the blessings of heaven on others.
Please continue to help me so that I may use my tongue rightly, be kind and charitable in speaking to others, and cheer them rather than wound them.
Because of your powerful intercession with God, I am confident that you will continue to assist me in my daily life. In the name of our Lord, Jesus, I ask your aid.

O Jesus, my Savior and Redeemer, Son of the living God, behold, we kneel before Thee and offer Thee our reparation; we would make amends for all the blasphemies uttered against Thy holy name, for all the injuries done to Thee in the Blessed Sacrament, for all the irreverence shown toward Thine immaculate Virgin Mother, for all the calumnies and slanders spoken against Thy spouse, the holy Catholic and Roman Church. O Jesus, who hast said: “If you ask the Father anything in My name, He will give it to you,” we pray and beseech Thee for all our brethren who are in danger of sin; shield them from every temptation to fall away from the true faith; save those who are even now standing on the brink of the abyss; to all of them give light and knowledge of the truth, courage and strength for the conflict with evil, perseverance in faith and active charity! Prayer for Forgiveness for Blasphemous Acts
Please God I seek forgiveness from blasphemy against you Lord. I realise that even though u know all about me I needed to confront my sin to you in order to receive forgiveness. I need your love to receive peace I am not worthy of it but I am a sinner but I know now my life is yours. I do not own my life you do. I give you myself & all my sins and all because I want to be
healed from the worst sin. I want peace and freedom from sin and anxiety and all that comes with it.
I want my heart to be joined to your heart. Give me that confidence in you Lord that I am no longer bound by sin. You have set me free. I am your sheep now. I do not own my heart you do. I do not own my body you do, I do not own my soul you do. I love you Lord I love you Lord. Thank you Lord for giving me my life back for helping me see the light and to feel you making a breakthrough in my troubled heart. You have made me whole again. I shall not fear any longer you have destroyed the fear but not let it destroy me.
I give you my all. I owned up to my sin confronted it and I ask boldly for your loving heart of goodness to come to me from the cross and heal me totally and forgive me. May I feel and know a difference in me. May others see you in me. May I shine Gods love through my eyes. May what blessings I have received be shared out to others I meet. Only you can heal my troubles Lord. May I know you care.
May I feel your spirit in me. My sins have been washed away the missing piece of the puzzle had been put back to complete me. I believe in you. I have faith. I am stronger now because u have stamped out my demons and saved me from death. I no longer have fear but Gods freedom.
His love and forgiveness had empowered me over my destruction. God is good He loves me. I felt I was no better than a stone on the dusty wayside. But I am repentant of my sins and God had made me feel of His worth. I feel protected & loved. His sacred heart is full of compassion and love.
By His death & resurrection He had set me free. The power of the Holy Spirit is upon me a sinner a blasphemer a rotten corpse. Lowly and worthless I felt there was no hope for me. But through prayer through His sacred heart there came forgiveness. Thank you praise The Lord . Amen.
Reparation for Blasphemy Against the Blessed Virgin Mary
Most glorious Virgin Mary, Mother of God and our Mother, turn thine eyes in pity upon us, miserable sinners; we are sore afflicted by the many evils that surround us in this life, but especially do we feel our hearts break within us upon hearing the dreadful insults and blasphemies uttered against thee, O Virgin Immaculate. O how these impious sayings offend the infinite Majesty of God and of His only-begotten Son, Jesus Christ! How they provoke His indignation and give us cause to fear the terrible effects of His vengeance! Would that the sacrifice of our lives might avail to put an end to such outrages and blasphemies; were it so, how gladly we should make it, for we desire, O most holy Mother, to love thee and to honor thee with all our hearts, since this is the will of God. And just because we love thee, we will do all that is in our power to make thee honored and loved by all men. In the meantime do thou, our merciful Mother, the supreme comforter of the afflicted, accept this our act of reparation which we offer thee for ourselves and for all our families, as well as for all who impiously blaspheme thee, not knowing what they say. Do thou obtain for them from Almighty God the grace of conversion, and thus render more manifest and more glorious thy kindness, thy power and thy great mercy.
